In this presentation, Boris discusses the history of massage and alternative medicine in Russia with a focus on Bio-Energy. Based on the scientific groundwork of Russian and European scientists, he has created an extensive health program as a tool to help you to get balance in your life. He’ll discuss the foundation of our health programme which involves: Millimetre wave therapy which and restores communication between cells, special breathing exercises which increase oxidation, “power of mind” techniques which mobilises all the resources of the body.

In 1992 Boris Aranovich, who was the principal at St Petersburg’s University for Alternative medicine, was invited to Axelsons Gymnastic Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, to teach Bio-Energy Therapy. In 1995 Boris and his wife Iwona founded MDR-Center, now called Människans Resurser AB. Their most important goal was to spread the concept of health maintenance: “Become the master of your own health”. Many years of intensive work resulted in interactive health programs on CD-ROM and eight alternative medical books. Boris Aranovich´s books about human body self- regulation mechanisms are translated into many languages.
