Have you ever wondered what craniosacral therapy actually is...well CranioSacral comes from cranio, meaning head, and sacral, which refers to the base of the spine.  Therefore, the CranioSacral system means the brain and spinal cord, including the cerebrospinal fluid, the surrounding membranes ("meninges") and the bones of the spine and skull. CranioSacral Therapy is a nonintrusive, gentle manipulation of the skull and spinal system. This video  explains and shows the holds and it goes in depth of an unwinding sequence.
